DARKER THAN BLACK: Ryuusei no Gemini

Hei and Yin are fugitives after betraying the Syndicate in the previous season. They flee Japan, where Hei meets Suou Pavlichenko, a 13-year-old Eurasian girl drawn into the conflict between factions and Contractors. Hell's Gate remains in Tokyo after Hei prevents the Saturn Ring weapon from activating. Contractors are no longer at risk of being erased, but some still misuse their abilities. Misaki Kirihara and her Public Security Bureau team handle growing Contractor-related incidents while also monitoring the Syndicate, which has infiltrated police and intelligence agencies globally. The story is set in Japan and Russia.
