During the Christmas season, Junichi overcomes his fear of heartbreak to pursue Sae. They attend a café date featuring a giant ice-cream parfait rumored to bind couples, which Junichi attempts to finish. Later, at a Best Couple contest, they dress as a bride and groom, losing first place to Hibiki and Haruka but winning second place and cinema tickets. On their cinema date, Junichi meets the romantic movie director, who advises him to confess his feelings openly. Following the film, Junichi tells Sae he loves her. Sae responds happily, and they share a kiss while watching the giant Christmas tree lights. In the epilogue, Junichi films Sae and Miya cosplaying as animals and enjoying themselves.
