Max and Takao defeat Sanguinex and Lupinex, respectively, by using cross-shaped formations to exploit the vampire’s fear and a silver coin to activate a weakened silver version of Drigger against the werewolf. Just as Cenotaph and Zomb prepare to engage, an ambulance arrives, causing the Dark Bladers to flee the scene.

A fierce battle begins with the Bladebreakers at a disadvantage. Kai arrives with his newly modified Dranzer and nearly defeats the opponents alone. After the Dark Bladers retreat, an unknown boy named Oliver appears. Raised in Paris, he praises their performance but suggests they could improve their Bit Beast power before leaving.

Oliver is the son of a French millionaire who owns a number of restaurants. A chef himself, Oliver is also the French beyblading champion. Kyojyu suggest both should have a fight, which end in a tie. Oliver mentions a group of four European champions and says they should go to Italy meet his friend and undefeated national champion Enrique.

Kai reveals Voltaire is his grandfather, explaining his upbringing in the Abbey. The Neo Borg then attack the BBA bus. Max fights Ian, but Sergei and another team member join in. Sergei knocks Max out and steals Draciel.
