A collision disrupts Lupin and Fujiko’s peaceful boat trip, leading them to find Linda in a damaged vessel. Gunmen aboard a larger ship immediately attack the group. After evading the hostile boat, the trio learns that Linda serves as an assistant to a famous nuclear fission specialist. This doctor resides on an island shared with a dangerous group known as the Kirein Killers. Lupin and Jigen decide to invade the island to rescue the scientist and uncover the hidden truth surrounding Linda’s past and her connection to the island's secrets.
