Ep. 23: Yukimi conceals his actions while Hattori kills Raiko after he injures Shiranui.

Yukimi brings Yoite and Miharu to Hattori, using the pretext of repentance to hide his deeds. Hattori explains how he persuaded Yoite to learn the Kira. Meanwhile, Raiko encounters Ichiki but is intercepted by Shiranui, the Tattegami squad leader. Raiko wounds Shiranui and tries to strike Yukimi, but Hattori kills Raiko. Elsewhere, Kouichi, Raimei, and Gau face attacks from Kairoushuu ninja. Raimei and Gau abandon Kouichi to fight them, only to discover Raiko is dead.
