Yowamushi Pedal

Otaku enthusiast Onoda enters high school with the goal of joining the anime club, as he lacked friends to share his interests with in middle school. He discovers the club has been disbanded and attempts to recruit four others to restart it. Onoda regularly rides a mamachari bicycle to Akihabara to pursue his hobbies. During training, Imaizumi spots Onoda cycling up a steep hill. Naruko, a road cyclist, meets Onoda at Akihabara after being impressed by his cycling ability and learns they attend the same school. Both Imaizumi and Naruko later try to persuade Onoda to join the bicycle racing club instead.
