Dosanko Gal wa Namara Menkoi

A young man from Tokyo, Tsubasa Shiki, moves to Hokkaido during winter and struggles with the intense cold. While lost, he encounters Minami Fuyuki, a local girl from Hokkaido who is not well-dressed for the weather. Minami becomes curious about city life and asks Tsubasa many questions. Though Tsubasa prefers reserved, dark-haired women, he finds himself drawn to Minami's lively and outgoing nature. However, his strict grandmother may not approve of Minami, potentially forcing Tsubasa to separate from his new friend.
