Hansuke Kuimonochou

During the final years of the Edo period, a samurai serving on a mission to quell the Choushuu domain accidentally discovers modern Japan after falling into a well while gathering supplies. Adapting to contemporary life, he uses his traditional culinary skills alongside modern resources to create new dishes, recording his recipes along the way.
