School Days (TV)

A high school student named Makoto Ito starts his second term at Sakakino Academy and develops a crush on Kotonoha Katsura, a girl he sees on the train. His friend Sekai Saionji learns about his feelings and helps him get to know Kotonoha, eventually leading to them dating. Sekai, who also has feelings for Makoto, becomes jealous. One day, she encounters Makoto waiting for Kotonoha at the train station and feels guilty for her role in their relationship. Before boarding her train, she kisses Makoto on the lips as a way to repay him for his gratitude, then leaves quickly.
