When Ash investigates a break-in at an electric facility, he accidentally gets locked in with Chikorita inside the facility. To make matters worse, the crack teams of Magnemite, Magneton and Electabuzz have been trained to attack all intruders. Team Rocket steals Chikorita and one of the Electabuzz. Ash follows them to save the Pokemon, during which Chikorita evolves into Bayleef and breaks free. (Source: Wikipedia)
