Ash discovers a break-in at an electric facility and becomes trapped inside with Chikorita. The site is guarded by trained crack teams of Magnemite, Magneton, and Electabuzz, which attack all intruders. Team Rocket seizes Chikorita and one of the Electabuzz during the chaos. Ash pursues the thieves to rescue the Pokemon. During the confrontation, Chikorita evolves into Bayleef and manages to break free from captivity. Ash continues his pursuit to save the captured Pokemon from Team Rocket's grasp while navigating the dangerous environment filled with hostile electric-type Pokemon.
