Thanks to Uzal's efforts, Nene and Clarion are treated like rescued hostages and are escorted to the residence of Nene's aunt, Takumi Korobase, who is acquaintances with Uzal. Later, as Takumi takes a dangerous interest in Clarion's ears, Nene manages to remotely access the Pandora Device and stop her, escaping from what was actually a simulation that Takumi put them in when they arrived.
