Fune wo Amu

Employees at Genbu Shobou, a publishing company, work on a project led by an experienced editor in the dictionary department who seeks a successor as retirement nears. A quiet, socially awkward salesman crosses paths with the editor's outgoing coworker, and their conversation is overheard by the editor, prompting him to bring the salesman into the dictionary team. The salesman and his new coworker, who contrasts him in personality, collaborate on compiling a Japanese dictionary called "The Great Passage."
