Cinque Izumi, Nanami Takatsuki, and Rebecca Anderson return for another adventure involving the war games of the Biscotti Republic, Galette, and Pastillage. Cinque, Biscotti’s hero and Nanami’s cousin, travels from England to Biscotti, while Nanami heads to Galette. Rebecca, a hero of Pastillage and close friend to Cinque, prepares to return to Flonyard from Japan. A sudden lightning strike causes Cinque and Nanami to become lost in the Dragon Forest, where they meet Sharu, the Dragon Priestess. She warns them that demons are threatening the forest and the entire continent. The trio must now confront this growing danger and prevent a full-scale invasion.
