Police at the station become aggressive. Goku surprises Blue, who threatens Arale with a knife and steals the radar. Arale chases Blue through Penguin Village. Police clash with aliens mistaken for the Red Ribbon Army. Turbo offers a replacement radar. Blue contacts Red from a desolate area.
