Ep. 21: Goku and Pan Turned to Metal by Rilldo While Trunks Reveals His True Plan

During the battle with Rilldo, Pan arrives to report finding the Dragon Balls. Rilldo freezes both Goku and Pan into metal blocks, transporting them to Dr. Myuu’s laboratory for dissection. Giru intervenes, freeing Goku and Pan with a special beam. Before Giru can free Trunks, a robot seizes the block, causing it to break. As Goku and Pan mourn, Trunks appears on a nearby staircase, revealing that the destroyed metal figure was a fake. He and Giru explain that the events on the planet were orchestrated by them. Despite Dr. Myuu’s objections, Trunks opens a secret door within the lab, leading to the true purpose of their elaborate scheme.
