Kai and Yuki are employed at a library to apprehend a man in a purple mask who seeks the first edition of a comic book series. Leonid, an acquaintance of Yuki, encounters the pair within the library. The masked individual subsequently appears and is identified as a comic book enthusiast possessing psychic powers. During the confrontation, the man exhausts his abilities while being pursued, causing him to become weak.
