Aron stops the 999 after hearing formless brothers mention boarding it, hoping to mechanize themselves at Ghost Station No. 13. The train makes an emergency stop at Station No.13. Although the Conductor agrees to halt there, neither he nor Maetel recognize the planet when asked by the Locomotive. Suspecting danger, the Locomotive orders an immediate withdrawal from the mysterious location.
