On a planet treating war as tourism, the 999 halts while passengers dine and observe actual combat. Tetsuro is eating when a soldier dies, and Zeda, another soldier, spots Tetsuro. Zeda assumes Tetsuro enjoyed the violence and pursues him. To resolve this misunderstanding, Tetsuro retrieves his gun from the 999 and teams up with Zeda to work together and clear the confusion between them.
