Ep. 13: Miki confesses her feelings to Ginta and urges him to date Arimi

Miki admits to Ginta that she has romantic feelings for both him and Yuu. Eventually, Ginta reaches his limit and can no longer tolerate the ongoing emotional turmoil surrounding the group's relationships.
