Ash and his friends compete against Team Rocket to see who can catch the most Pokémon in the Safari Zone, with Ash capturing a herd of Tauros. Team Rocket ambushes the game warden, Kaizer, and forces him to reveal the location of Dratini in Dragon Valley. Ultimately, Ash, his friends, Team Rocket, and Kaizer encounter the legendary Dratini and Dragonair, allowing the heroes to save the day. This episode was not dubbed into English due to scenes involving guns being pointed at one another, resulting in continuity errors.
