With the Summer Solstice Festival approaching, Yarsam demonstrates his combat skills by defeating a village boy. Disappointed by the lack of worthy opponents, he departs until Chagum issues a challenge for the upcoming tournament. Despite Balsa’s counsel to avoid the event, Chagum insists on participating and requests her training. During the match, Chagum successfully evades Yarsam, causing him to fall out of the ring and securing victory. Following the bout, Yarsam’s father arrives to escort him away. Balsa intervenes by challenging the father to a duel. She swiftly overpowers him, flipping him to the ground and winning the confrontation, thereby resolving the immediate conflict at the festival grounds.
