In the midst of the inflamed city, Kai rescues a girl inside a building and leaves her in the care of Ruri Hisaishi. However, Ruri is soon shot by a group of residents, causing Kai react out of rage. Elsewhere, Shin-Lu Belvedere is rendered unconscious due to Erimiya's power.
