The Tournament officials announce that there are only sixteen spots in the Tournament, and the defending champion, Hercule, is automatically granted a spot. So, they decide the final fifteen spots with a punching machine. Although the Z Fighters try to take it easy, their scores still far outstrip the rest of the competition.
