Keiichi experiences a nightmare about Belldandy and wakes to find snow only inside the temple. Skuld diagnoses this as a bug caused by the couple's proximity and deploys a machine to fix it. The Almighty informs Belldandy she will be recalled in three days. To avoid explosions when they get close, they travel to school separately, sparking breakup rumors. After Belldandy flees from chaos caused by an explosion, Megumi advises Keiichi to buy a ring. He takes on part-time jobs to earn the money. Urd and Skuld locate the bug source at a cherry tree, but telling Belldandy causes her distress.
