Overworked Skuld visits Earth to persuade Belldandy to return to heaven, while Urd causes chaos by destroying a cake and an engine. Keiichi strives to build a motorcycle for a drag race, aided by Skuld despite interference from Auto Club leaders Toraichi Tamiya and Otaki Aoyama. The rival club leader, Toshiyuki Aoshima, declares Belldandy the prize for the winning team. Hoping to force Belldandy’s departure, Skuld sabotages the rival bike. During the final race, Keiichi secures victory after the opponent’s engine fails, allowing him to claim the flag.
