The editor permits him to draw freely, and they depart. Subsequently, Billy and Jacqueline reunite to mark their anniversary. During this time, Kou discovers that both of them were formerly part of a yakuza organization. This revelation adds a layer of complexity to their relationship and past, contrasting with the lighter tone of the Captain's artistic liberation and the group's dynamic.
