Ep. 5: Manga Artist Captain Reveals Past While Billy and Jacqueline Celebrate Anniversary
Aired on November 1, 2010

The self-proclaimed Captain resides by the river after gifting the Mayor and his group manga featuring them as protagonists, disclosing his identity as a famous artist. His editor arrives, explaining that the Captain fled because he wanted to create science fiction stories but was compelled to produce moe manga. The editor permits him to draw freely, and they depart. Subsequently, Billy and Jacqueline reunite to mark their anniversary. During this time, Kou discovers that both of them were formerly part of a yakuza organization. This revelation adds a layer of complexity to their relationship and past, contrasting with the lighter tone of the Captain's artistic liberation and the group's dynamic.
