Ep. 9: Takeya reflects on past trauma while offending Neneko with rude comments about her costume designs.

After school, Takeya reveals to Ren and Neneko that his fear of aliens originated from being forced to watch science-fiction horror films by Neneko during their childhood. Later that afternoon, Neneko asks Ren and Miu to model a costume wardrobe she created, politely declining to model the outfits herself. Takeya offers a sharp critique of the designs, which deeply offends Neneko, causing her to leave while Takeya remains unapologetic. The next day, Neneko appears casual and unaffected by the incident. However, Takeya feels a strong sense of guilt regarding his behavior. By the end of the day, he approaches Neneko to sincerely apologize for his previous rudeness and the hurtful nature of his comments.
