After Chi Chi is killed by Super Buu, Goten vows revenge and enters the Hyperbolic Time Chamber with Trunks to train. Buu loses patience after thirty minutes and demands an immediate fight. Piccolo agrees to escort him but deliberately takes the longest route to buy the boys more time. He telepathically warns the pair of his arrival so they can prepare. The duo has developed new techniques and a strategy for the upcoming battle. Upon Piccolo and Buu's arrival, Goten and Trunks fuse together to confront the threat.
