On the planet known as the Mecca of Silence, creating loud noises is strictly prohibited by law. Maetel attempts to prevent Tetsuro from shouting out the window of the 999, but her efforts are unsuccessful. Consequently, Tetsuro is swiftly executed solely for making that noise. He is then saved by a woman named Sylvia, who reveals that her husband suffered the same fate. Despite this tragic connection, authorities resume their pursuit of Tetsuro, forcing him to flee while accompanied by Sylvia as they evade capture on this oppressive world.
