Ep. 17: Kabukicho Association Confronts Inventor Gengai Hiraga Over Noise Complaints

Otose leads the Kabukicho Neighborhood Association to confront Gengai Hiraga regarding his noisy construction of junk. The Odd Jobs Trio attempts to counter the noise with karaoke music but are interrupted by the robot Saburo. The group then moves the workshop to a riverbank, accidentally damaging Saburo and other robots intended for a shogun festival performance. Simultaneously, a dangerous individual arrives in Edo.
