Ep. 5: Shu and Nabuca spar while unknown attackers target Hamdo on the battleship.

Shu and Nabuca engage in a mock duel using a wooden stick and a sharp knife, but the contest concludes because of Shu's reckless combat approach. Subsequently, two unidentified intruders board the battleship to assassinate Hamdo. Hamdo successfully shoots one attacker, but the other escapes by using Boo as a hostage to stop Nabuca from firing. Shu intervenes to attack the assailant, allowing Boo to break free and stab the attacker's hand. This enables Nabuca to shoot the intruder in the chest. Shu is deeply troubled by witnessing Nabuca execute the attacker with a headshot. Following this incident, all troops are ordered to traverse a sandstorm to recruit additional women and children from a nearby village.
