Sakura observes Kyosuke and Asami through binoculars, misinterpreting their interaction as an incestuous relationship. She dons her battle dress to confront Asami after school. Meanwhile, Kyosuke's grandmother arrives to assist Asami, promising to stay until she sees her great-grandchild. Because Kyosuke has concealed Asami's age and status, she must sneak in and out of the house, changing clothes at the train station. The truth is finally revealed only when Asami's father pays a visit.
