Angusson refuses to release Jinto due to pride, as he never backs down from a challenge. Meanwhile, Dokufu is killed because he does not want to suffer Abh Hell for Angusson's stupidity. Lafiel requests help from Spoor to carry out the emigration plan. Spoor rejects the offer at first but then agrees. Lafiel heads down to Lobnas II to assist in the emigration crisis.
