Yuki prevents Sherry from stealing Erimiya's will, but he is later charged at by Kyou as a distraction. Erimiya defends himself against Maxim's attacks, but it is not long before he is overwhelmed. Kai appears and defeats Kyou, and he then fights Maxim for Erimiya's life. However, Erimiya's dies in Kai's arms when Maria arrives. (Source: Wikipedia)
