Ep. 21: Ban confronts Fudou in a Roman Coliseum while Ginji faces Teshimine's past accusations.
Fudou seeks vengeance against Ban in a Roman Coliseum setting, aiming to inflict endless suffering for his lost arm. Meanwhile, Kazuki arrives at the pharmacy with Juubei, and Ginji encounters Shuu in the Limitless Fortress ruins. Terrified by children turning into zombies, Ginji kills them before meeting Teshimine, who blames Ginji for his friends' slaughter. Enraged, Ginji transforms into the Lightning Emperor. Teshimine reveals his desire to control Ginji's power to rule the fortress, causing massive lightning strikes. Shido prepares to leave with Hevn to stop Ginji. Back at the coliseum, Fudou gains the upper hand as Ban weakens. Ginji's lightning dissipates the coliseum illusion, allowing Ban to destroy Fudou's metallic arm and pursue Ginji.
