While pursuing Catroids, Tetsuro and Maetel encounter Neko, who is sheltering Meow, the Catroid leader, from law enforcement. Neko tearfully reveals that police on the planet are forcing citizens to become cyborgs. Authorities established a trap in a sushi restaurant where they captured individuals and converted them into mechanical beings. Both Neko and Meow were victims of this scheme. Consequently, they rely on the Flying Kuros to help identify and locate humans amidst the widespread transformation. This partnership highlights the desperate measures taken by those resisting the mandatory cyborg conversion imposed by the oppressive police force.
