Ep. 10: Claus and Lavie win the race while Alex escapes a deadly auction standoff involving a fake artifact.
During the endurance race, Claus and Lavie defeat Dio and Lucciola by optimizing their fuel load for the final lap. Simultaneously, an auction for the Exile artifact escalates when Guild Maestro Delphine Eraclea bids 50 billion Claudia, prompting Duke Henry Knowles to threaten Alex with a gun. Tatiana and Alister deliver explosive charges to destroy Horizon Cave’s power generators at midnight, creating darkness for Alex to eliminate Knowles’s men and flee. The artifact is revealed to be a fake Mysterion, one of four phrases holding the secret of Exile. Graf entrusts this Mysterion to Alex. Lavie decides to remain Claus’s mechanic rather than pilot a fighter vanship, and Claus promises they will fly together across the Grand Stream. Dio and Lucciola tow the pair out of the dark cave to the Silvana.
