After fishing, he converses with the Third Hokage, who offers a perspective that shifts Naruto's worldview. Meanwhile, Neji receives orders from his father to protect Hinata. During their initial spar, Hinata expresses her dislike for combat, but Neji attempts to persuade her otherwise. Following the Hyuga Affair, a distressed Hinata flees after witnessing Neji cry. She encounters Naruto, who escorts her home and encourages her to stop weeping. This segment represents the first part of the four-part Childhood arc.
