Ep. 23: Sanosuke's Betrayal!? The Fateful Reunion

Sanosuke visits a picture shop to purchase a portrait for Tae at the Akabeko restaurant. There, he encounters a drawing of Captain Sagara created by Tsunan Tsukioka, a fellow survivor of the Sekihoutai. Sanosuke allies with Tsunan to confront Tashiwachi Shindo, the individual responsible for framing Captain Sagara ten years prior. Together, they defeat Shindo, resolving the long-standing conflict that has haunted the group since the events of the past decade.
