A minor traffic accident during transport alters the defense systems of an anti-terrorist security robot, causing it to malfunction and go berserk. The rogue machine kills several security guards before Superintendent Yakushiji and her subordinate, Assistant Inspector Izumida, arrive at the scene. The situation becomes complicated when Izumida's elementary school cousin, Mana, gets involved. Meanwhile, the two police officers discover the presence of armed tactical teams from the Japan Private Police (JPP). This JACES rival, a known PMC-type security company, has been secretly deployed to neutralize the situation and conceal the evidence of the robot's existence.
