Ai wa Boukyou no Kanata ni

David Crighton returns to Brussels, Belgium, and finds unexpected employment with Honor Jessop, an herbologist with a troubled history. She offers him a live-in position at her greenhouse nursery, and they begin to form a bond. During a violent thunderstorm, David helps calm Honor during a moment of fear. Despite knowing little about each other's pasts, they grow to accept their own and each other's flaws. The question remains whether David can move past his own past errors and build a future with Honor.
