Piccolo emerges from the Hyperbolic Time Chamber as a much more powerful warrior, and Vegeta takes his place inside to begin his training. As Cell awaits the start of the games, the Royal Military shows up to try and stop him. Of course, their attempts are futile, and Cell smites the entire force. Goku, wanting to bring all of these innocent people back to life, decides to locate the remaining Nameks and ask one of them to become the new guardian of Earth. (Source: Wikipedia)
