Quima is a place where everything is forced to become mechanized. The Conductor tells Maetel and Tetsuro to only eat at the Galaxy Railways' sanctioned establishment. They then proceed to check into the hotel. On this planet, mechanized cats named Catroids and a group of flying cats named the Flying Kuros are aggravating the police.
