Meiko is heartbroken after Namura's rejection and insistence that she go her own way. Meiko still thinks Ryouko and Namura are dating, and screams when she sees Ryouko. Miwa and Ryouko confront Namura over how miserable he has made Meiko despite having feelings for her. After Meiko herself interferes, Ryouko tells them all about how Namura was afraid of holding Meiko back. Finally, Namura can't take it anymore.
