5-Oku-nen Button

A mysterious individual offers three siblings—five-year-old Tonio, fourteen-year-old Jaibi, and seventeen-year-old Suneko—a button that dispenses a million yen in exchange for 500 million years of isolation in an empty space. After this time, the person returns to the original location with no memory of the experience, making it seem instantaneous. The siblings struggle to afford their father’s hospital treatment when the button appears before them. The story is adapted from the cult classic "500 Million Year Button" in the Minna no Tonio-chan series.
