Ash and his friends take some time off to go surfing. While surfing, however, Ash passes out, but is thankfully rescued by a surfer named Victor (ビンセント, Bincento, Vincent) and his blue-eyed Pikachu, Puka (マイケル, Maikeru, Michael).
