Ash and his companions take a break from their journey to go surfing. During the activity, Ash suddenly loses consciousness. He is rescued by a surfer named Victor and his blue-eyed Pikachu, Puka. Victor then shares his ambition to surf a massive tsunami known as Humungadunga in order to achieve legendary status. The group encounters these new characters while enjoying their time at the beach, setting the stage for an unexpected challenge involving the powerful wave.
