Robot Pluto, built solely for combat, seeks to become the world's strongest by defeating other machines. His ultimate target is Atom, though Dr. Tenma orchestrates these encounters to test Atom's capabilities. Atom refuses to fight and questions the necessity of robotic violence, planting seeds of doubt in Pluto’s programming. Pluto later meets Uran, whose song fosters unexpected emotional growth within him. Despite Uran’s initial fear, she recognizes his kindness. However, Atom mistakenly believes Pluto harmed Uran, leading to a final confrontation between the two robots.
