Natsu no Arashi!

A thirteen-year-old boy named Yasaka spends his summer vacation at his grandfather's home when he meets a sixteen-year-old girl named Arashi working at a local store. After defending her from a man claiming to have been hired by her family to forcibly take her, Yasaka flees with her, and she ends up staying at his grandfather's house. Yasaka soon discovers that Arashi has unusual abilities, making her far from ordinary. The situation becomes more complicated when he finds a photo of Arashi and another girl named Kaja that is sixty years old. To everyone's shock, Kaja suddenly appears, and like Arashi, she has not aged at all since the photo was taken.
